The HRB Primary Care CTNI will provide support to primary care healthcare professionals that have a trial-related research idea they would like to explore. Support includes:

1. Provide information on potential funding streams
2. Support for developing the research idea into a research proposal
3. Provide access to the voice of the patient and support on how to best engage with patients in research
4. Link to other researchers with an interest in and expertise in the same topic area
5. Provide support in ethical and regulatory approval processes
6. Link to methodological expertise required to conduct a research study, for example, biostatisticians or study monitors
7. Connect with experienced personnel, who will help to draft a publication reporting on the proposed research
